We can help you move better, feel better and look better! The MAC offers the most comprehensive and professional personal training program on the North Shore. Our goal is to provide our members with personalized programs specifically designed to meet their needs and see results. Joining a health club is half the battle – the next stage is walking through the door and understanding how to achieve your desired goals without getting frustrated and tired of the “same old thing” – that is where we come in! We want to assist you in achieving your goals and we guarantee that one of our fitness professionals will help you get there!

We offer single, 12 and 18 pack training sessions. Prices vary by each trainer.

Small Group Training

Six week sessions in groups of four to eight people. Learn proper form and technique while improving overall strength, flexibility and balance. Groups are formed with your schedule, fitness level, and sport specific training in mind. Our personal trainers will motivate you with well-rounded programming in a fun group atmosphere! Fitness Consultation

Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced fitness enthusiast our personal trainers can help lead you in the right direction!
