Group Fitness Classes

Fitness is even more fun with friends! We think your journey to good health makes a bigger impact when it’s shared with others, so we offer classes in everything from slow flow yoga to high intensity interval training.

Start by looking through our classes using our filterable gallery. Click on an image to learn more about the class(es) you are interested in.

To book a class, use the “Book a Class Now” button below and use the search function to see what days/times your class is offered.

Rules for Booking a Class

  • You may book a class up to 6 days in advance.
  • You may cancel up to 1 hour on the App.
  • If you are signed up for a class and the class is canceled you will receive an email notification, notifying you the class is canceled.
  • You may search a class by the date, type of class and by instructor.
  • You may book up to 1 hour before the class.
  • There are 4 spots in the waitlist. If the class is full and you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up, everyone on the waitlist will be notified of the available spot to sign up.
  • Class availability only appears when there are 3 or less spots available. If the class is full, it will not allow you to make a booking.
  • Class Bookings can also be done thru the front desk for your convenience.

How to Book a Class on Your Phone

Step 1:

Download the FREE MAC App

Step 2:

Click on Profile on the bottom right of the home screen to set up your login with your email and password
(click sign up as a new customer)
NOTE: Your account info does not need to be the same as your MAC Account login information.

Step 3:

Click explore on the bottom left to view the class page.

Step 4:

To view the weekly calendar, click view all on the top right.

Step 5:

Select your class by date and time and click book, then again book free class, and you are in!

Step 6:

You will receive an email that you are booked for your class!
To cancel a class, click Bookings and click cancel.

How to Book a Class on the web site

Step 1:

Under CLASS LOGIN you can set up your login account information (click sign up as a new customer) with your email and password (it does not need to be the same as your MAC Account login information).

Step 2:

Once you are signed in you will be able to book your class on the website calendar.

You can also go to BOOK A CLASS in our menu. It will take you to the group fitness calendar page. If you would like to book a class it will prompt you to login if not logged in already.
